吴说获悉，Nasdaq 已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交 19b-4 文件，正式启动对 21Shares SUI ETF（基于 SUI 代币的现货 ETF）的审查程序。此前 21Shares 于 4 月提交 S-1 注册文件。
