新浪科技讯 6月11日上午消息，天眼查App显示，近日，因中创新航未履行致歉义务，宁德时代申请强制执行，湖南省长沙市中级人民法院公告宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司与中创新航科技集团股份有限公司等不正当竞争纠纷一案民事判决书。

　　公告显示，中创新航科技集团股份有限公司于2022年7月27日在其官方微信公众号发布《声明》的行为构成商业诋毁，判决中创新航科技集团股份有限公司应当于判决生效之日起十五日内在其官方网站、微信公众号公开赔礼道歉、消除影响。案件流程信息显示，今年4月，该公司已因此案被执行222万余元。
