智通财经APP获悉，IonQ公司(IONQ.US)宣布，其与阿斯利康(AZN.US)、亚马逊网络服务公司(AMZN.US)及英伟达(NVDA.US)合作开展的研究项目取得成果，成功开发并展示了量子加速计算化学工作流。据IonQ介绍，其设计的工作流展示了量子-经典混合计算模式，可为复杂药物开发难题提供解决方案，并有望提升药物研发过程的速度与效率。
此次合作聚焦于铃木-宫浦反应(Suzuki-Miyaura reaction)中的关键步骤——这是一类用于合成小分子药物的化学转化反应。通过将IonQ的Forte量子处理单元(QPU)与英伟达CUDA-Q平台(由搭载NVIDIA H200 GPU的亚马逊Braket服务加速)及AWS ParallelCluster服务集成，研究团队实现了端到端解决时间比此前基准提升超20倍。
IonQ指出，该技术在保持计算精度的同时，将整体预期运行时间从“数月”缩短至“数天”。亚马逊AWS旗下Braket业务总经理埃里克·凯斯勒(Eric Kessler)表示：“通过将亚马逊Braket上的量子计算机与AWS可扩展GPU资源结合，我们正协助阿斯利康探索未来量子计算机在加速计算化学研究中的应用场景。”
IonQ强调，该成果表明混合量子计算能够突破高精度分子建模中的计算限制，并支持对更复杂化学系统的分析。
