智通财经APP讯，洪九果品(06689)发布公告，于2025年6月5日，本公司接获联交所函件，当中载列本公司的额外复牌指引(第三份额外复牌指引，连同初步复牌指引、额外复牌指引及第二份额外复牌指引，统称“复牌指引”)如下： — 重新遵守上市规则第3.10(1)、3.10(2)、3.10A、3.21、3.25及3.27A条。
联交所要求本公司纠正导致其暂停买卖的事宜，并在本公司证券获准恢复买卖之前全面遵守上市规则以令联交所信纳。就此而言，本公司肩负制订复牌行动计划的主要责任。联交所亦表明可能对复牌指引作出修订及╱或在本公司情况有变的情况下及╱或适时发出进一步指引。
本公司现正采取适当措施遵守复牌指引(包括第三份额外复牌指引)，并将寻求在可行情况下尽快恢复本公司证券买卖。具体而言，本公司正在物色适当人选填补徐克美女士、彭松先生及安锐先生辞任独立非执行董事后的空缺。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
