智通财经APP讯，优越集团控股(01841)发布公告，预期截至2025年3月31日止年度(本年度)本集团将会取得净亏损不少于约120万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度的本公司拥有人应占溢利则约为860万港元。根据董事会目前可得资料，取得净亏损主要由于以下各项的综合影响所致：所有分部的收益减少不少于2900万港元，尤其是业绩公布及财务报告分部以及公司公布及股东通函分部分别减少约1120万港元及1030万港元，而发债通函及首次公开发售招股章程分部亦减少约430万港元。有关减少主要归因于无纸化机制及全球经济气氛低迷;销售及分销开支减少约290万港元;及行政开支减少约370万港元。
