智通财经APP讯，中国中铁(00390)发布公告，本公司《2021年限制性股票激励计划》首次授予对象中，2名激励对象因成为不能持有本公司限制性股票人员而不再属于《2021年限制性股票激励计划》规定的激励范围，3名激励对象因不能胜任工作岗位、业绩考核不合格、过失、违法违规等原因不再属于《2021年限制性股票激励计划》规定的激励范围。根据《2021年限制性股票激励计划》及相关法律法规的规定，本公司决定回购注销上述5名激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票。
本公司拟回购注销上述5名激励对象持有的已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票共计 85.62万股。本次回购注销完成后，本公司剩余股权激励限制性股票5876.1万股。
