MMG Ltd. has announced the signing of a Supply Agreement with MCC TianGong Group for the procurement of 1,200 prefabricated cabin houses, as part of the early works for the Khoemac _a_ u expansion project at the Khoemac _a_ u mine. The contract, valued at US$7,650,000, specifies delivery terms FOB Tianjin Port or Shanghai Port, China. The agreement aims to provide necessary accommodations for a 1,200-person camp, with pricing and terms considered fair and in the best interests of shareholders. The decision followed a competitive evaluation process where MCC TianGong Group was ranked top based on price, technical capability, and commercial terms. The Board, excluding Interested Directors, has reviewed and approved the terms, deeming them commercially beneficial.
