智通财经APP讯，阿里影业(01060)发布公告，有关建议更改公司名称之特别决议案经股东于2025年6月5日举行的股东特别大会上通过后，百慕达公司注册处处长分别于2025年6月6日及2025年6月5日发出的更改名称注册证书及第二名称证书，证实于2025年6月5日，公司的英文名称已由“Alibaba Pictures Group Limited”更改为“Damai Entertainment Holdings Limited”，公司的中文第二名称由“阿里巴巴影业集团有限公司”更改为“大麦娱乐控股有限公司”。
公司将根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部及联交所相关规定，尽快向香港公司注册处及联交所办理有关更改股份于联交所买卖的中英文股份简称的所有必要存档及手续。公司于联交所的股份代号“1060”维持不变。
