Century Entertainment International Holdings Ltd. has announced that it has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with a gaming system service provider from the Philippines, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. This collaboration aims to establish a joint venture to enhance and expand upon the JV Partner's existing gaming platform and content development capabilities. The joint venture will be set up as a limited liability company in Hong Kong, with Century Entertainment holding a 51% equity interest and the JV Partner holding 49%. The initiative is part of Century Entertainment's strategy to develop innovative technologies related to AR/VR applications and expand its gaming operations.
