中化新网讯 近日，霍尼韦尔宣布，其个人安全防护设备(PPE)业务以13.25亿美元的全现金交易出售给Protective Industrial Products,Inc. 公司(PIP)。PIP是一家全球性的PPE产品供应商和制造商，也是Odyssey Investment Partners的投资组合公司。

　　据了解，此次出售进一步推进了霍尼韦尔优化业务组合的战略举措，同时也为PPE业务在PIP的支持下开辟了更加广阔的发展前景，使其能够持续为全球客户创造价值。这也标志着霍尼韦尔继2021年将其民用和商务用鞋类业务出售给Rocky Brands之后，正式完成了从个人安全防护设备领域的全面退出。

　　据介绍，本次业务剥离的完成紧随霍尼韦尔此前宣布计划分拆航空航天业务以及计划分拆高性能材料业务之后进行。拆分完成后，上述业务将成立三家拥有不同战略和增长动力的独立上市企业。自2023年12月以来，霍尼韦尔已宣布了多项推动内生式增长和简化业务组合的战略行动，包括135亿美元的增值收购。
