智通财经APP讯，大唐环境(01272)发布公告，因应将于2025年7月1日生效的经修订企业管治守则及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，以下公司提名委员会组成的变更已获董事会批准，并将于2025年6月12日生效：1.朱利明先生将不再担任提名委员会主席。朱先生将继续担任董事会主席兼执行董事;2.独立非执行董事兼提名委员会成员毛专建先生将获调任为提名委员会主席;3.非执行董事夏怀祥先生将获委任为提名委员会成员。
