美国禁令导致新思科技暂停中国服务
恢复针对现有客户的服务
核心EDA工具的销售仍处于暂停状态，限制了业务增长
路透北京6月12日 - 一位直接了解此事的消息人士告诉路透，半导体设计软件供应商新思科技(Synopsys) SNPS.O 已恢复在中国提供部分服务，放宽了本月早些时候为遵守美国新的出口限制而实施的服务暂停。
上个月，随着中美紧张局势升级，华盛顿下令许多公司停止向中国出口商品。
这一决定导致总部位于加州的新思科技停止了在中国的销售和服务，并关闭了其SolvNet客户支持网站。
不过，新思科技上周恢复了部分服务，包括销售非核心硬件和知识产权，以便为一些现有客户提供服务。
新思科技周四没有立即回应置评请求。
前述消息人士补充说，SolvNet也在限制条件下重新开放，包括限制访问一些与电子设计自动化软件相关的文件。
消息人士说，但核心EDA工具的销售仍处于暂停状态，这意味着新思科技仍无法吸引新客户，因为其知识产权和硬件无法投入使用。（完）
