智通财经APP讯，建业实业(00216)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度可能取得约5000万港元至6000万港元的经营亏损，比对截至2024年3月31日止年度的经营溢利为3440万港元。
考虑到投资物业公平值净亏损合共约介于港币4.90亿元至港币5亿元之间(2024年：港币1.011亿元);及商誉的摊销约港币2000万元(2024年：无)，集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得约5.60亿港元至5.80亿港元的公司拥有人应占亏损净额，比对上年同期则取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额6670万港元。
董事会认为，预期亏损的增加主要是由于以下因素的综合影响:(1)递延确认来自广州住宅项目“港汇台”的合约销售。由于获得完工证书的时间延迟至2024年年底，在已售单位中，仅部分能于2025年3月31日之前交予买家，导致只有其相应的销售收入于本财政年度入账。已订约但未确认入账的销售额约港币2.30亿元预计将于下一个财政年度2025/2026年度入账。(2)于2025年3月31日，受到中国香港及中国大陆物业市场进一步下调之影响，集团投资物业重估所产生的公平值亏损净额约介乎港币4.9亿元至港币5亿元之间(2024年：港币1.011亿元)。然而，该等公平值亏损属非现金性质，不会影响集团的现金流量及整体财务状况。(3)商誉的摊销约港币2000万元，属非现金性质。
尽管有上述资料，集团的整体营运、财务状况及现金流量状况仍然稳健。
