2025年6月12日，中证鹏元公布评级报告，江西省水务集团有限公司2024年主体信用评级为“AAA”，评级展望稳定。
中证鹏元表示，本次等级的评定是考虑到近年江西省经济保持增长，江西省水务集团有限公司是江西省唯一省级水利投融资主体江西省水利投资集团有限公司下属核心子公司，主要负责全省近一半地区城乡供水项目的投资、建设及运营，业务地位突出，供水相关业务具有区域专营优势，业务收入较有保障，同时公司现金生成能力和盈利能力较强，近年经营活动现金持续净流入。但中证鹏元也关注到，公司债务规模增长较快，财务杠杆水平较高，且未来资本性支出较大，后续债务规模或保持增长，面临较大的资金压力和一定的偿债压力等风险因素。
中证鹏元给予公司稳定的信用评级展望。其认为公司水务业务在江西省内仍将保持专营优势，供水范围有望进一步扩大，且将持续获得一定力度的外部支持。
资料显示，公司原名江西省水务有限责任公司，由江西水投于2010年7月出资设立，初始注册资本为0.46亿元。
