智通财经APP讯，中国恒大(03333)发布公告，继针对CEG Holdings发出清盘令后，香港法院于2025年4月28日就CEG Holdings颁令委任(该委任)安迈顾问有限公司的Edward Simon Middleton先生及黄咏诗女士为 CEG Holdings的共同及各别清盘人(CEG Holdings清盘人)。
鉴于该委任已于2025年4月28日生效，本公司特此澄清，5月12日公告所述的撤销转让申请将改由CEG清盘人及CEG Holdings清盘人处理。除上述变更外，5月12日公告所载其他资料均维持不变。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
