BlockBeats 消息，6 月 12 日，据 Businesswire 报道，GameStop 宣布拟以私募方式发行 17.5 亿美元可转换优先票据，为 GameStop 的一般无担保债务，不会支付定期利息，票据的本金金额不会增加。票据将于 2032 年 6 月 15 日到期，除非在此之前被转换、赎回或回购。GameStop 计划将此次发行净收益用于一般公司用途，包括以符合 GameStop 投资政策和潜在收购的方式进行投资。
