Oshkosh Defense Gets $792M U.S. Army Contract Modification

Oshkosh Defense received a contract modification worth $792.4 million for work it will do for the U.S. Army.

The contract, for Oshkosh's Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles A2, will be extended by three years, the Defense Department said Wednesday.

The contracting activity is for the Army's Detroit Arsenal facility in Michigan. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 4, 2029, the department said.

One bid was received for the contract modification, the department said.

Shares of Oshkosh rise 2.9% in after-hours trading.
