本港零售市场持续疲弱，尖沙咀加连威老道及加拿芬道交界的十字路口，两旁先后有药房连环结业迁出。据《香港01》报道，昔日由周生生(00116.HK) 曾以逾300万元租用的加拿芬道53号全幢巨铺，近年由药房承租地铺，不过最新结业迁出，该铺位目前以30万元重新放租。
据悉，该药妆店在2024年3月以每月30万元租用。该幢物业在高峰期时，全幢曾由周生生租用，月租高达逾300万元，不过自七年前迁出后，地铺曾作短租店，及后再租予上述药妆店。
同时，对面马路的于尖沙咀加连威老道21A至21B号地下A、C及D号三相连铺，新近重新以45万元放租，铺位面积约1,640方呎，平均呎租274.4元。该铺位原由港资美妆连锁店樱花ZAKURA在2023年6月开始以月租50万元租用，并用作开设旗舰店，惟该铺最近已迁出。在2014年铺市高峰期，该铺月租曾高达90万元，意味现时叫租较历史高位低出一半。(da/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-12 12:25。)
