2025年6月11日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，鸿商产业控股集团有限公司2024年度第四期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论，主要基于鸿商产业控股集团有限公司（以下简称“鸿商集团”或“公司”）控股的有色金属企业洛阳栾川钼业集团股份有限公司（以下简称“洛阳钼业”）多种矿产品经营、资源储量丰富、盈利及获现能力强，公司具备较强的产业投资能力，所持金融资产已实现投资收益规模较大、流动性强以及融资渠道畅通等因素对公司信用水平起到的支撑作用；但中诚信国际也关注到控股企业的海外经营风险、金融市场波动大等因素可能对公司经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。中期票据信用等级充分考虑了中债信用增进投资股份有限公司（以下简称“中债公司”）提供的全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保对中期票据还本付息的保障作用。
中诚信国际认为，鸿商产业控股集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
