AGI Infra's (BOM:539042) board has approved a construction contract with AGI Construction for structural work on two towers of the "Jalandhar Heights-IV" project, covering about 189,000 square feet, according to a Tuesday Indian bourse filing.
The contract is valued at 161 million Indian rupees plus goods and services tax and is scheduled for completion within three years from the execution date, the filing said.
