智通财经APP讯，香港兴业国际(00480)发布公告，集团预计2025财年将取得公司股东应占亏损约7.86亿港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则取得公司股东应占亏损4.68亿港元。
亏损大幅增加主要是由于：计划的物业发展项目将于2025财年后才竣工，以致物业销售收入和利润贡献下降;及受目前房地产市场不利因素影响，集团及其合营公司持有的投资物业应占公平值亏损由2024财年的2.64亿港元增加至2025财年的约6.71亿港元。
