智通财经APP讯，权识国际(00381)公布，于2025年6月11日，公司全资附属公司侨雄(福建)投资有限公司与河南秋之韵科技有限公司就共同合作开发、运营河南云台山养生谷相关事项订立战略合作协定。
根据战略合作协定书，侨雄福建与河南秋之韵将共同合作开发、运营河南云台山养生谷，打造亚洲最大的生命科学研究院及干细胞体验中心。形成战略合作，为高端客户群打造集旅游、度假及康养于一体的综合型基地。
侨雄福建与河南秋之韵的战略合作，是基于双方优势互补与云台山康养资源的深度整合：该集团凭借文旅项目开发经验及20亿元资产管理规模，结合河南秋之韵在植物提取领域的技术积累(拥有15项专利及GMP认证产线)，共同开发云台山养生谷项目。合作将实现三方价值：该集团通过“轻资产+技术赋能”模式降低重资产投入风险，河南秋之韵获得年300万景区客流的终端市场入口，云台山景区则完善“药膳疗养—生态观光—文化体验”产业链，预计项目运营将带动当地就业，成为河南省“文旅+康养”产业融合的省级示范工程。
