智通财经APP讯，电讯数码控股(06033)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占溢利减少至不少于2100万港元(2024年：约5640万港元)。
溢利减少主要由于以下综合因素所影响：(i)没有出售物业收益(较去年取得出售物业收益约3810万港元);(ii)确认金融资产公平值收益不超过1450万港元(较去年取得公平值亏损约1210万港元);(iii)受到不利市场环境因素，毛利较去年减少不超过6800万港元;(iv)分占新移动通讯有限公司业绩增加不少于1140万港元;(v)整体经营开支及融资成本较去年减少不少于1990万港元;(vi)所得税开支较去年减少不少于1030万港元。
