智通财经APP讯，东方企控集团(00018)发布公告，董事会预期集团截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占综合溢利为介于约5000万港元至5500万港元，相比截至2024年3月31日止年度公司拥有人应占综合溢利为约7509.6万港元。
董事会认为，公司拥有人应占综合溢利下降主要由于：宏观经济形势不利导致集团媒体业务收入下跌;集团融资业务的总贷款利息收入由截至2024年3月31日止年度约港币4545.3万元减少约港币1961万元至报告期间约港币2584.3万元;于报告期末，集团持有的投资物业公允价值损失净额增加约港币774.1万元。
