高通将在2026年推出其首款2nm SoC，型号很可能是“第三代骁龙8至尊版（Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 3）”。台积电（TSMC）的2nm并不便宜，传闻每块2nm晶圆的初步定价将达到3万美元，随着工艺的升级及其他增强技术的加入，未来可能飙升至4.5万美元。

据Wccftech报道，由于2nm SoC的成本大幅飙升，除了提高定价外，苹果、联发科和高通都在寻求合适的解决方案。其中高通将提供两个版本的第三代骁龙8至尊版，这种做法类似于苹果的A18 Pro和A18两者之间的关系。高通可能在两个版本里提供相同的旗舰功能，但是会在定位较低的一款上削减规格，比如减少缓存、降低CPU和GPU频率等。

事实上，2nm SoC过高的定价也让高通的合作伙伴感到为难，预计新一代智能手机的定价可能会更高，而且也可能因为SoC而分为两个版本。对于高通而言，未来所有订单坚持使用同一间代工厂已经不是一个理想的选择，这也是为什么过去两年里，一直传出高通要推进双代工厂策略，只是因三星先进工艺的良品率问题迟迟得不到解决而作罢。

有传言称，三星与高通就采用2nm工艺生产第二代骁龙8至尊版进行了讨论。目前三星正致力于将2nm工艺的良品率提升至50%，为自家的Exynos 2600量产做准备，以便用于明年发布的Galaxy S26系列。
