【上线即火爆！#债市科技板为何市场反应热烈#？】中债资信企业与机构部负责人孙静媛表示，自5月7日债市“科技板”上线以来，市场反应热烈，机制创新成效初显。整体呈现了四个方面的特征：第一，发行期限呈现长期化导向，3年以上的发行规模的占比近80%，10年以上的规模也是超过了百亿。第二，民营企业积极参与发行。第三，资金用途辐射前沿新兴领域，发行主体既覆盖了电子元件制造、软件开发、医疗设备等新兴领域，还有很多人工智能、量子信息、空天科技这些前沿领域。第四，商业银行充分发挥创新引领的作用。中信证券首席经济学家明明认为，债券“科技板”体现出了“供需两旺”的一个特点，从发行端来看，发行机构非常积极，有很多金融机构，也是在第一时间就发行了“科技板”债券。投资人对于这种创新型的债券品种，也是非常青睐的。未来，债市“科技板”也会成为助力中国科技创新和技术进步的一个重要力量。
