智通财经APP获悉，Vantage(VNTG.US)是一家总部位于新加坡的船舶经纪服务提供商，业务专攻油轮领域。近日，该公司以每股4美元的发行价发售325万股普通股，募资规模达1300万美元。此次定价位于此前公布的4至5美元发行价区间下限，按发行价计算，公司估值约为1.25亿美元。
Vantage的前身Vantage Shipbrokers成立于2012年，最初专注于清洁石油产品(CPP)及石化产品的油轮运输中介服务。随着市场需求演变，公司逐步将业务拓展至污染石油产品(DPP)、生物燃料及植物油运输领域。
作为行业中介，Vantage连接石油公司、贸易商、船东与商业管理方，提供合同谈判、货物交付协调、运营咨询及滞期费结算等全流程服务。目前，Vantage在新加坡和迪拜设有运营中心，并计划未来在休斯顿和日内瓦开设新办事处，以强化全球服务网络。
据了解，Vantage 即将在纽约证券交易所美国证券交易所上市，股票代码定为 VNTG。此次交易中，Network 1 Financial Securities 承担独家账簿管理人这一关键角色。
