Charisma Energy Services (SGX:5QT) issued and allotted subscription, scheme and settlement shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The company allotted and issued 177,298,084,384 subscription shares, 71,574,881,524 scheme shares to relevant scheme creditors and 10,654,276,257 bilateral settlement shares.

Following the completion of the proposed subscriber transactions, debt restructuring and share consolidation, trading in the company's shares will resume from June 16.
