智通财经APP讯，华新手袋国际控股(02683)发布公告，预计集团于截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占纯利约6300万港元至6700万港元，而截至2024年3月31日止年度则取得公司拥有人应占纯利约2900万港元。
报告年度公司拥有人应占纯利较过往年度增加，反映出市场情绪持续改善、客户需求上升以及成本控制措施的成效，并持续至报告年度下半年。主要因素详述如下：(i)收益由过往年度的约5.94亿港元增加约1.3亿港元至报告年度的约7.24亿港元，增加约22%。此乃主要由于新客户于报告年度下达的持续订单及来自欧洲(尤其是荷兰)的销售;及(ii)集团售出货品数量增加，而导致收益增加，以及成功持续实施若干严格成本控制措施并减少集团的基本生产营运成本，也令毛利及毛利率上升。
综上所述，报告年度毛利较过往年度增加。然而，有关增加部分被以下因素缓解：(i)销售及分销开支增加，主要是由于销售活动水平上升导致的运输及保险支出增加;(ii)行政开支增加，主要是由于雇员福利开支增加，与销售活动水平上升相符;(iii)报告年度人民币兑港元贬值产生的汇兑收益减少;及(iv)报告年度应课税溢利增加导致所得税开支增加。
