Elite UK REIT Proposes Private Placement to Raise GBP 4 Million

Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU) proposed a private placement at an issue price of between 0.295 pounds and 0.305 pounds per unit to raise gross proceeds of 4 million pounds, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Total gross proceeds may be raised to around 8 million pounds, the filing added.
CIMB Bank, Maybank Securities and RHB Bank have been appointed as joint bookrunners and underwriters of the placement.
Proceeds raised will be utilized to part finance a proposed acquisition and to pay for estimated fees and expenses in connection with the private placement.
