BlockBeats 消息，6 月 12 日，据 8world 报道，新加坡警方表示其警察部队反诈骗中心同本地加密货币平台 StraitsX 合作，于上个月 13 日到 30 日展开了一项打击利用加密货币账户洗钱的执法行动。
警方表示，本次行动查获超过 20 万新币，49 人涉案而受调查，受调查的 35 名男子和 14 名女子年龄介于 18 岁到 58 岁。初步调查显示，涉案男女疑似为了获取 400 新币到 3000 新币不等的报酬，开设并转让了自己的加密货币账户或电子政府密码 Singpass 账户。他们通常通过 Telegram 或 WhatsApp 等通讯平台与素未谋面的不名人士联系，并在对方指示下提供账户截图、个人资料及访问权限。这些账户随后被用来为诈骗所得赃款进行洗钱。
警方指出，与 StraitsX 的合作提升了侦测可疑金融活动的能力。当局通过合作引入先进技术解决方案，成功识别并追踪了多个可疑账户。
