Okura Holdings Ltd. has announced changes to its Board of Directors effective from June 9, 2025. Mr. Yuji Matsuzaki has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, joining the Board alongside Mr. Kazuyuki Yoshida and Ms. Mariko Yamamoto. The Board currently consists of five directors, including two executive directors, Mr. Katsuya Yamamoto and Mr. Yutaka Kagawa.
