BlockBeats News, June 8, MEET48, the world's first AI-Agent and AIUGC creator and fan economy community dedicated to the entertainment field in the global Web3.0 era, announced the launch of the IDOL airdrop plan. The official IDOL airdrop query page will go live on June 9, 2025, at 3:00 UTC, marking a key step into the Web3 entertainment new era.
The airdrop was already completed with a qualification snapshot taken on May 21 at 16:00 UTC, covering users who interacted with the MEET48 ecosystem, community partners, special contributors, active users of the Mars Protocol, creators, the top three finalists of "The Mars Audition for Best3 AI-MEME," and ecosystem NFT holders. Users can check their eligibility and amount by logging into the airdrop page using their wallet address, email, or account ID. The first airdrop will open immediately after the TGE and will be available for 14 days, after which any unclaimed tokens will be forfeited.
The IDOL obtained through the airdrop can be used to participate in the 1st Web3.0 Global Idol Annual Popularity Finals (The 1st Web3.0 All-Community Annual Idol Popularity Audition & Ceremony, abbreviated as WIPA) vote. If users choose to use some but not all of their unlocked voting tokens, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the subsequent linear unlocking rights for those tokens. As per the rules, 50% of the airdrop allocation will be released at TGE, while the remaining portion will be linearly unlocked in 6 stages starting six months later, monthly. For more details, please stay tuned to the official MEET48 IDOL airdrop query page.
