iPower Inc. announced amendments to its bylaws on June 8, 2025. The changes include reducing the quorum for stockholder meetings from a majority to one-third, allowing the Chairman to call special Board meetings and granting the Chairman final authority on Board decisions, including veto power. Additionally, any merger or acquisition resolution requires the Chairman's written consent, and a 66 2/3% stockholder vote is now needed to remove the Chairman.
