Asbury Automotive Group Inc. has announced the completion of the sale of its Toyota dealership in Corona, California, originally acquired as part of the Larry H. Miller Dealerships purchase in December 2021. The sale, advised by The Presidio Group, an independent merchant banking firm, officially closed on June 9. The dealership has been sold to Mike Hong and Jerry Heuer, who plan to rename it Toyota of Corona. This transaction is part of a broader trend of strengthening dealership M&A activity anticipated to continue through the remainder of 2025.
