International Genius Company has announced that Mr. Dai Chengyan has resigned from his role as a non-executive Director and member of the remuneration committee, effective 11 June 2025. Concurrently, Ms. Fong Man Julisa, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed to the remuneration committee.
