The High Court of Singapore set June 17 as the hearing date for the scheme of arrangement in connection with the privatization of Talkmed (SGX:5G3), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The scheme requires approval by 75% of Talkmed's shareholders.
This comes after the company received a privatization offer from TW Troy at SG$0.456 per share.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trading.
