智通财经APP讯，金慧科技(08295)公布，公司预期于截至2025年3月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占净亏损不超过约人民币2.1亿元，而集团于截至2024年3月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占净亏损约人民币1.974亿元。
公告称，净亏损增加主要由于：(i)集团预先筹备扩充人员、设备及扩建工作环境，对人员进行新业务新技能培训并有序开展人员更迭、设备更新等，以积极应对人工智能等新技术带来的商业变革。新老业务交替导致业务发展在特定周期内成本增加，但收入未能即时同步增长，导致毛利率下滑。(ii)为应对新业务场景的应用和管理需求，集团加大了与新业务相关的研发投入，以及采取更精细化的项目管理，导致研发费用和管理费用增加。
