上述成交单位为Mount Nicholson第二期B座顶层Penthouse B，实用面积4,217方呎，4房4套间隔，连3,112方呎天台及两个车位，上月以6.09亿元售出、实呎高达144,415元，该价格略高于项目2021年11月，由一个分层标准户以成交呎价14.08万元所创下的纪录。
