智通财经APP获悉，中芯国际(00981)现涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.73%，报41.7港元，成交额3.23亿港元。
消息面上，中芯国际发布公告，宣布其全资子公司中芯控股拟向湖南机器视觉及AI芯片设计龙头国科微出售所持有的中芯集成电路（宁波）有限公司14.832%的股权。本次交易完成后，中芯控股将不再持有中芯宁波的股权。
公告中披露，中芯宁波的核心生产设备、配套基础设施及前沿技术研发等大规模投入累积形成了较高的固定成本，且仍处于产能爬坡期，其产品结构、工艺优化及产能利用率尚未达到最佳状态，高端产线的优势尚未完全发挥，导致报告期内存在较大规模亏损。中芯国际称，这笔交易有利于该公司聚焦主业。
