智通财经APP讯，赛迪顾问(02176)发布公告，于2025年6月9日(交易时段后)，公司(作为买方)与赛迪集团公司(作为卖方)订立该协议，据此(根据该协议的条款并在其条件的规限下)，公司同意收购而赛迪集团公司同意出售赛迪数科的40.625%股权，代价为人民币7507万元。
于本公告日期，公司持有赛迪数科59.375%的股权，因此，目前为公司的非全资附属公司。于收购事项完成后，赛迪数科将成为公司的全资附属公司，而公司将全资拥有目标集团。
公告称，收购事项将有助于优化公司附属公司的股权结构，有效减少集团潜在的关联方交易，促进公司公司管治更高效集中，有利于公司长期合规营运及高品质发展。
