智通财经APP讯，大禹金融(01073)发布公告，于2025年6月6日，公司获买方投资经理通知，买方Yu Ming High Dividend Fund(公司的直接全资附属公司)于同日以折扣价约760万港元购买面值为100万美元的票据。目前，集团拥有面值200万美元的票据，总购买成本约1530万港元。
据悉，票据为由发行人Elect Global Investments Limited发行的永续票据，未偿还本金额约7.5亿美元，票息利率7.2%，自2030年9月11日起可按100赎回，并由担保人担保。
