2025年1月至5月累计合同销售金额约人民币88.36亿元，同比减少55.27%;累计销售面积约113.86万平方米。
于2025年5月，集团房地产出租物业共174个，总建筑面积约1604.40万平方米;2025年5月份租金收入约人民币10.99亿元，商业运营收入约人民币11.78亿元(即含税租金收入)。
2025年1月至5月累计租金收入约人民币53.74亿元，累计商业运营收入约人民币57.60亿元(即含税租金收入)。
