　　近日，交通银行成功完成以科技型企业为参考实体的信用衍生品交易。作为信用保护卖方，交行通过信用违约互换（CDS）为参考实体提供信用风险保护，这是银行间市场首批针对科技型企业的信用衍生品交易。

　　此次创新业务的开展，是对中国人民银行、中国证监会2025年5月7日联合发布的《关于支持发行科技创新债券有关事宜的公告》的积极响应。该公告明确提出要完善科技创新债券配套支持机制，鼓励金融机构通过信用保护工具等业务支持科技创新债券发行。

　　交行作为银行间市场信用衍生品核心交易商，在上海清算所的大力支持下，推出以科技型企业为参考实体的信用衍生品交易结构，并实现集中清算。此次业务的成功落地，不仅有助于完善科创债市场风险分散与分担机制，也为科创企业提供了更多元化的融资渠道和风险管理方案。

　　交行将按照人民银行政策部署，在交易商协会指导下，继续做好金融“五篇大文章”。通过发挥专业优势，加大对科技创新领域的金融支持力度，助力构建多层次、可持续的科技债券市场生态体系，服务国家创新驱动发展战略，为我国科技创新发展注入新动能。
