路透伦敦6月9日 - 英国金融监管机构周一推出监管“沙盒(sandbox)”，英国金融公司今年晚些时候将能够在其中测试人工智能工具。这是英国政府支持创新和经济增长的更广泛战略的一部分。
英国金融市场行为监管局$(FCA)$与美国芯片制造商 Nvidia(辉达/英伟达)NVDA.O合作，通过所谓的“超级沙盒”提供先进的算力和定制的人工智能软件。沙盒是指一个受控环境，公司可以在其中测试新产品、新服务或新技术等新想法。
FCA表示，该计划旨在帮助处于人工智能探索早期阶段的公司，提供技术专业知识、更优的数据集和监管支持。该计划面向所有正在尝试人工智能的金融服务公司开放。
FCA首席数据、信息和情报官Jessica Rusu表示：“此次合作将帮助那些想要测试人工智能理念但缺乏实际能力的企业。我们将帮助企业利用人工智能造福市场和消费者，同时支持经济增长。”
Nvidia 表示，该计划将允许企业利用其加速计算平台在安全的环境中探索人工智能创新。
