剑虎医疗于2021年2月注册成立，是一家集自主研发、设计、生产、销售于一体的高端医疗器械创新型企业。剑虎医疗拥有强大的研发团队，致力于通过自主创新，打造集心脏电生理三维标测、脉冲电场和射频消融能量及各类导管耗材的一体化解决方案的平台型公司。于2025年5月，剑虎医疗自主研发的 StarTrek®三维标测平台已获国家药监局的正式注册批准。
公司认为于剑虎医疗的战略投资将使集团进一步拓展其在高增长医疗器械领域的业务，提升其技术能力，并与其现有业务产生协同效应。该合作预期将推动创新产品的开发及商业化，巩固集团的竞争地位，并为股东创造长远价值。
