　　贝克微（02149）发布公告，毕马威会计师事务所自2023年起担任公司审计师，将于公司2024年年度股东会结束时任期届满并煺任审计师一职。

　　董事会根据审计委员会的推荐，建议聘任容诚（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为新任审计师。考虑到容诚会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）曾为公司境内审计机构、并一直保持沟通，董事会由此建议。该聘任自年度股东会结束起生效，直至公司下届年度股东会结束为止。
