消息面上，根据弗若斯特沙利文报告数据显示，全球玩具市场规模巨大，并且预计未来将呈现稳定的增长趋势。国元国际指出，近年来，中国人均玩具消费增长较快，但市场规模仍低于美国、欧洲等主要玩具消费市场，未来仍有广大的成长空间。随着玩具消费人群的不断扩张以及消费者对IP玩具喜好的日渐增长，加上近年来在供给端本土企业研发、产品质量和IP商业化能力的持续提升以及新型玩具品类的出现，中国玩具市场未来将呈现加速增长的态势。
公开资料显示，德林国际为全球最大的毛绒玩具生产商之一，1984年开始在韩国开展玩具业务，1992年进入中国。该公司的产品线主要包括毛绒玩具、塑胶手板模型、防水布罩及注塑产品，其中毛绒玩具和塑胶手板模型产品主要通过OEM模式(代工)提供给欧美等客户，如迪士尼的星黛露和玲娜贝儿玩具就产出德林国际。
