Vulcan Extends Debt Commitment Letter to September

Vulcan Energy Resources (ASX:VUL) has extended a conditional debt commitment letter with a group of international banks to September, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The original agreement, signed in December 2024, involves structuring banks, project finance banks, and export credit agencies, the filing said.

The company said it continues to advance discussions with the banks and expects to finalize documentation in the second half of the year.
