IT之家 6 月 12 日消息，超以太网联盟 (Ultra Ethernet Consortium, UEC) 美国加州当地时间昨日发布了 UEC 规范的 1.0 正式版。该规范是一个基于标准以太网、面向现代 AI / HPC 工作负载的通信堆栈，旨在与英伟达的 InfiniBand 相竞争。
超以太网联盟表示其 UEC 规范 1.0 在包含网卡、交换机、光纤、电缆的网络堆栈的所有层级提供高性能、可扩展且可互作的解决方案，从而可实现无缝的多供应商集成并加速整个生态系统的创新。
UEC 规范 1.0 包含适用于以太网和 IP 的现代 RDMA（IT之家注：即远程 DMA、远程直接内存访问）和可覆盖数百万个设备的端到端可扩展性，同时不存在供应商锁定的问题。
